What is Shopiesy?

Shopiesy is a commerce platform for Indian businesses that combines an online store, counter POS billing and one dashboard for products, inventory, orders, customers and reports, so you no longer need separate systems for online and offline sales.

Can we sell online and in our shop at the same time?

Yes. The online store and the POS share one catalogue, one stock, one customer list and one set of reports. Orders from both channels appear together in a single order list.

Can we try Shopiesy before buying?

Yes. You can start a 14-day free trial and set up your store before choosing a plan. Scale and Enterprise customers can also book a guided demo.

Which payment gateways are supported?

In India: Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe and Paytm, plus cash on delivery and store credit. For international sales: Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, SSLCommerz, 2Checkout, Skrill, Telr, PayFast, Iyzico, Midtrans, MercadoPago and SenangPay. You connect your own gateway account.

How does shipping work?

Shopiesy integrates with Shiprocket for courier assignment, AWB generation, pickup scheduling, shipping labels and status updates. You can also set flat-rate, product-wise or area-wise shipping charges.

Can we manage more than one outlet?

Yes, on the Scale plan and above. Each outlet gets its own stock, staff and pickup address, and you see every outlet in central reports.

Does the POS handle barcodes, GST and returns?

Yes. Counter billing includes product search, barcode support, customer selection, discounts, cash, card, UPI and gateway payments, GST invoicing and returns.

How is Shopiesy priced?

Lite (POS only) is ₹6,000 a year. Launch, Growth and Scale start at ₹1,499, ₹2,999 and ₹5,999 a month, with about 17% off when billed annually. Enterprise is priced on request. All prices exclude GST.
